1 General Information and Scope of Agreement

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

To register on dooo11, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account cancellation.

Each person may create only one account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same person are strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation of this rule, all associated accounts will be cancelled and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

You are fully responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

To ensure secure services and in the interest of financial safety, dooo11 may request a national ID card, passport or other documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on dooo11 is ৳100 (per method). We accept the following payment methods:

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳8,000 or more will earn the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Conditions

A 10x (ten times) wagering condition applies to all bonuses. This means the bonus amount can only be withdrawn after placing bets totalling ten times the bonus amount.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  • A user may claim a bonus from each promotion only once.
  • Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another account.
  • Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • dooo11 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.
  • dooo11's decision on any matter related to bonuses will be considered final.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless dooo11 takes special action under specific circumstances (such as event cancellation). Confirmed bets will remain valid in the event of internet disconnection or technical issues.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other international cricket tournaments is conducted in accordance with dooo11's specific sports betting rules. If a match is abandoned or incomplete, the bet will be considered void and the original stake will be refunded.

6.3 Casino Games

Slots, fishing games and live casino games are operated by third-party game providers. The results of these games are controlled by a random number generator (RNG) and dooo11 is committed to ensuring fair play.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dooo11 platform:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts
  • Registering using a false identity or another person's identity
  • Systematic fraud for the purpose of gaining bonus benefits
  • Attempting to hack accounts or gain unauthorized access to the system
  • Using any automated tools, bots or software to use the platform
  • Harassing, threatening or deceiving other users
  • Participating in money laundering or illegal financial activities
  • Taking part in match-fixing for the purpose of influencing betting markets

In the event of a violation of these rules, dooo11 reserves the right to immediately close the relevant account and take applicable legal action.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

dooo11 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • Any violation of these terms and conditions
  • Evidence of fraud or suspicious financial activity
  • Failure to complete identity verification
  • Any legal or regulatory requirement

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw your balance before closing your account. A permanently closed account may not be able to be reopened.
